Holes: It is common for aluminum foil plates to be affixed with adhesive back rather than rivets. Holes may be needed in foil plates to fabricate a disc with a center hole, accommodate a switch or instrument that will protrude through the plate, etc. Thin plates may be hard tooled, CNC or steel rule die cut, depending on the specifications.

Corners: Radius corners are a very common request. We can accommodate corners ranging from 1/16” to ½” in diameter for aluminum plates. Please specify the corner radius if round corners are desired.
