3M Controltac vinyl is a 2 mil, repositionable vinyl graphic film. It's unique construction is designed to eliminate air bubbles to make label application faster and easier than ever. This unique feature allows air to escape through microreplicated channels under the film’s surface for easier application. This vinyl is ideal for larger graphics over corrugated and riveted surfaces. Controltac vinyl can be used on a wide variety of substrates including ABS resins, aluminum, chrome, glass, fiberglass reinforced plastics, painted surfaces and flat or simple curved surfaces, with and without rivets. This vinyl as a grey-pigmented, pressure-sensitive adhesive which allows for optimum color opacity.
